Welcome to Upper Crust Catering

Upper Crust Catering, in business since 2003, provides excellent homemade cuisine, prepared by Chef Mitch Morrell. Chef Mitch has worked in the food service industry for 29 years.

He worked as Executive Chef in upscale private country clubs in Florida for 15 years and then moved to Illinois where he worked in the same capacity at a private country club for five years before starting his own business.

Upper Crust offers a wide variety of menu selections from simple to gourmet, all made with Chef Mitch's personal touch!
